Family Violence Intervention Program

ASAM Level1 The Georgia Department of Human Resources
require all DUI offenders with two or more DUI's
in a 10 year period to participate in this minimum
level treatment, 17 weeks up to 52 weeks at 3 to
9 hour per week.

Education Intervention
Focuses on providing a fundamental understanding
of the negative results of alcohol and drug abuse.

Anger Management
Provides information on anger problems and the ten
common anger styles. Teaches what healthy anger
looks and feels like, how to use it and let it go.

Relapse Prevention
Focuses on addressing major lifestyle, attitudinal and
behavioral issues that undermine a successful, drug
free life.

Family Violence Intervention Program
Based on the Duluth model, this 24 week program is accredited by the Georgia Commission on Family Violence. Instruction is geared towards taking accountability for one's actions and learning appropriate coping skills.
